Vous pilotez les activités de développement et d’optimisation du pôle extrusion, en définissant et en mettant en œuvre des actions techniques et organisationnelles en lien direct avec les enjeux stratégiques de l’usine, afin d’améliorer durablement la performance industrielle, la qualité des produits et l’efficacité des processus. **Vos missions :** + Innover : Vous pilotez des essais de mise en œuvre de nouvelles matières, équipements ou technologies de production, en vous appuyant sur les fiches techniques et les plans industriels. + Coordonner : Vous planifiez et synchronisez les essais en collaboration avec les équipes Développement Produit, Industrialisation et Production, afin de garantir le respect des délais de lancement. + Optimiser : Vous renforcez la robustesse des procédés standards (capacité, capabilité, stabilité) et conduisez des programmes d’amélioration continue pour accroître la performance industrielle. + Structurer : Vous définissez et formalisez les méthodes de travail en lien avec la qualité, la sécurité, les processus et l’environnement, en assurant leur intégration dans les pratiques opérationnelles. + Piloter : Vous encadrez une équipe de 4 techniciens : vous fixez les objectifs, accompagnez leur montée en compétences et suivez leurs performances. + Créer : Vous réalisez des plans mécaniques sous Catia et/ou Inventor pour soutenir les projets d’évolution technique. Contribuer activement à : + Définir et mettre en œuvre les évolutions d’équipements pour améliorer la performance et intégrer les nouvelles technologies. + Élaborer les programmes de maintenance adaptés aux équipements relevant du périmètre. + Formaliser les méthodes de travail et les bonnes pratiques dans les domaines QHSE, 5S et productivité. + Piloter les initiatives de réduction des coûts en lien avec les objectifs d’efficience industrielle. + Déployer les politiques QHSE au sein du secteur concerné. + Contribuer aux actions d’amélioration continue, en cohérence avec la stratégie de l’usine. + Gérer la documentation technique conformément aux exigences normatives (ISO TS 16949). + Préparer et participer aux audits internes et externes. S’engager opérationnellement et assumer des responsabilités transversales : + Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l’unité de production en réalisant toute tâche jugée nécessaire par la hiérarchie. + Gérer les composants non conformes conformément aux procédures en vigueur. + Garantir sa propre sécurité ainsi que celle des collègues en adoptant un comportement exemplaire sur le terrain. + Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles internes : règlement intérieur, consignes de sécurité, procédures qualité, modes opératoires et bonnes pratiques environnementales (y compris les fiches réflexes). **Profil recherché :** + Formation Bac + 3 minimum, avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel ou mécanique. + Disponibilité pour assurer des astreintes selon les besoins opérationnels. + Maîtrise des logiciels de conception mécanique (Catia, Inventor). + Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques sous Windows. + Maîtrise de l’anglais courant, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. **Vos atouts supplémentaires :** + Capacité d’écoute active et de communication fluide à tous les niveaux. + Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à coordonner des personnes dans un cadre transversal. + Expérience en management transversal ou hiérarchique appréciée. + Résilience face aux contraintes et aux imprévus du terrain. + Engagement dans une démarche d’amélioration continue et de respect des standards QHSE. \#LI-DA3 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
