**Date Posted:** 2026-03-10 **Country:** France **Location:** AVE DES MONTOIRES, GIEN UNITE:F, 45504, France **Aperçu du poste** En tant que **Leader de Production / Logistique** , vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du Chef de secteur et jouez un rôle clé dans l’animation de la cellule de production. Vous contribuez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, à la fluidité des processus, au respect des standards et à l'amélioration continue. Véritable relais managérial, vous assurez le suivi de la performance, la cohésion de l’équipe et la gestion des priorités afin de garantir une production efficace, sécurisée et conforme aux exigences qualité. **2) Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :** **Animation & organisation opérationnelle** + Conduire les **TOP5 quotidiens** , animer la performance et l’amélioration continue. + Organiser l’équipe selon les compétences, habilitations et besoins en production. + Assurer l’accueil, la formation et la polyvalence de l’équipe. + Tenir à jour les **audits** , les indicateurs et les standards de travail. **Production & gestion des aléas** + Analyser les aléas, trouver des solutions et assurer le suivi. + Assurer ponctuellement le poste d’opérateur en cas d’absence. + Gérer les priorités avec les ressources disponibles. **Suivi des performances & reporting** + Synthétiser et rendre compte de la productivité de la ligne. + Suivre les plans d’action et challenger les interlocuteurs internes. + Rendre compte des résultats lors des périodes de délégation du Chef de secteur. **Relais managérial** + Assurer le relais du Chef de secteur lorsque celui-ci est absent (organisationnel, managérial, administratif). + Garantir la cohésion de l’équipe et le respect des règles de l’entreprise. **3) Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir** **Compétences & aptitudes clés** + Esprit d’équipe et capacité à fédérer. + Excellente communication orale et écrite. + Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités. + Capacité d’adaptation, autonomie et curiosité. + Force de proposition et sens du service client. + Capacité à gérer des situations conflictuelles. **Connaissances & expérience** + Niveau Bac / Bac Pro ou parcours en promotion interne. + Minimum **2 ans d’expérience** dans un environnement de production ou logistique. + Connaissance des outils de performance (indicateurs, audits, plans d’action…).
