Azure Functions, API Management, Cosmos DB/Storage/Logic Apps. + Define **DevSecOps** pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/CodePipeline), IaC (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation), secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager/Azure Key Vault). **6.** **6) Leadership & Delivery** + Mentor architects/engineers, review designs/PRs, and elevate engineering craft. + Partner with product, security, and operations to translate business outcomes into robust architectures. + Lead **architecture decision records (ADRs)** , run technical councils, and communicate trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders. **7.** **Required Qualifications** + **12+ years** in software engineering/architecture, with **5+ years** in cloud-native architectures (AWS and/or Azure). + **Hands-on Gen AI** experience: Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, or open-source LLMs; building RAG systems; prompt engineering; evaluation tooling. + **Power Platform expertise** : Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, environment strategy, DLP, ALM; custom connectors and governance. + Strong in **distributed systems** , **API design** , **event-driven patterns** , and **serverless** . + Proficient with **IaC** (Terraform/Bicep/CloudFormation), **CI/CD** , and **containerization** (Docker/Kubernetes: AKS/EKS). + Solid understanding of **identity & security** (OAuth/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, conditional access, Zero Trust). + Excellent communication;
