About the Role
Primary responsible for the strategy, development, management, and delivery of coaching, upskilling, and learning outcomes for BPI AIA leaders. Contributes and supports in the development and training goals of the Sales Academy and Partner Development Academy.Roles and Responsibilities:
Works with the BPI AIA channel heads, BPI AIA sales leaders, BPI AIA HO support teams, and BPI stakeholders to identify and analyze training and coaching needs through a thorough conduct of gap analysis, establish training plans, design training classes and training materials on BPI AIA's products and services, as well as in upskilling leaders through targeted coaching and leadership module to technical skills such as prospective, and selling techniques.Works with BPI AIA channel heads, BPI AIA sales leaders, BPI AIA HO support teams and management, and BPI AIA partners to properly prioritize and schedule training initiatives to meet business objectives.Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods while incorporating a learning experience based on the 6D's of Learning.Partners with teams within the Partnership Academy and all Distribution Support teams to align training programs and instructional development with organization outcomes.Deliver training/learning programs & projects with clear and agreed outcomes from target customers.Able to train, mentor, and coach BPI AIA leaders and co-trainers in delivering training/learning programs.Evaluate post-learning performance and use insight and analytics to improve programs & offerings.Support and/or lead programs & projects, with clear and shared commitment from Partnership Distribution leaders.Stay on top of Bancassurance strategy, industry trends & insight on leadership, customer experience evaluation, coaching and L&D practices & technology, and share knowledge with colleagues.Stay updated with relevant and significant developments with Partnership Distribution partners, engagements and connections.Lead and motivate self and colleagues to learn, innovate, challenge, and share information and experiences.Lead and support Partnership Distribution workstreams, projects and engagements to new ways of workingRespond positively and quickly to changes and new direction to support team and organizational goals.Minimum Job Requirements:
Graduate of any communication or business-related courseAt least 4 years in Training and/or Sales Management in a similar industryMinimum of 2 years management experienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in training designProficient in Microsoft office applicationsProficient presentation and facilitation SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsProblem Solving & Decision-Making SkillsCoaching & Mentoring SkillsProject Management SkillsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
