Leader, Enterprise Technology Operations
PacSci EMC is seeking an Infrastructure Ops leader to champion the execution of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across our infrastructure and services landscape. Areas of responsibility include management of IT service ops, execution of a strategic roadmap, deployment of service automation, and advanced architecture support/triage. The ideal candidate has a bias for action, is customer obsessed, and has a proven track record of excellence creating followership through process improvement. This role requires advanced interpersonal skills, high technical aptitude, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management. A successful leader will have experience delivering in a fast-paced results-oriented growth environment. **Responsibilities and Qualifications:** + Develop and execute a unified technology and infrastructure roadmap that enables scalable 24x7 operations, flexible collaboration, and rapid growth—while prioritizing security, business impact, and measurable ROI. + Implement ITIL/ITSM best practices for incident, problem, and request management. Ensuring services are scalable, maintainable, and highly available through KPIs and daily monitoring. + Drive modernization of manufacturing systems by supporting acceleration of ERP, MES, and data platform deployments that eliminate manual processes, enhance traceability, and enable data-driven decision making. + Lead change management ensuring services are well-architected, documented, and compliant with regulations (e.g., SOX, CMMC, CUI). + Institutionalize knowledge sharing to enhance the employee experience, boost efficiency, and drive operational satisfaction. + Lead enterprise automation initiatives by leveraging cloud platforms, AI, advanced analytics, and self-service tools to increase efficiency and reduce support demand. + Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure that all system architectures and processes meet security, audit, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, CMMC, ISO) - inclusive of adherence to robust hardware/software lifecycle management. + Manage and cultivate strategic vendor relationships by overseeing contract renewals, negotiating favorable terms, and designing effective statements of work. + Build, coach, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high expectations and creative problem solving. **Requirements:** + 7-10 years of progressive IT, architecture, or service delivery experience + Advanced degree in MIS, IT preferred + Proven success delivering large-scale technology initiatives on time, budget, and with measurable ROI. + Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle, GovCloud), automation, and system integration; SQL fluency required. + Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and modern ITSM platforms/processes + Strong background in continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean) with ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. + Knowledge of MES (Aegis/Oracle) and QMS/regulated environments a plus. \#LI-JW2 **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
