Position Focus: Subject matter Expert (Welding)

Job Description:

1. experience of 8 to 10 years in Welding domain.

2. Understand RFQ requirements of Welding from Customer.

3. Conduct review of welding checklists to follow LEAR Guidelines.

4. Conduct review of weld parameters, trouble shooting and diagnosing production issues

5. Setup of welding process to meet required quality.

6. Control production process at the time of customer PPAP.

7. Poka-yoke implementation Activity

8. Seat system welding experience an advantage

9. Product Launch experience an advantage.

10. Basic knowledge on CAD tools- Catia v5 and UG.

11. Exposure to global OEMs welding standards

Qualifications/Requirement:

1. B. E/ B. Tech with experience of 8 to 10 years in Welding domain.

2.  Automotive Industry experience preferably in Seating System.
