As a Lead Transformation Program Manager in the Employee Platforms Delivery and Execution team, you will guide complex, firmwide technology initiatives that drive organizational change. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will focus on iterative delivery, effective communication, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. You will help us achieve strategic goals and support our transformation journey.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee large-scale transformation initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, integrating technical requirements and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables, driving process improvement and operational efficiency.Drive adoption and integration of new technologies and processes, implementing change management plans.Identify and proactively mitigate risks, maintaining project momentum and implementing contingency plans.Monitor and assess program and project performance, reporting outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership.Facilitate communication, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.Lead and coach project teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance transformation strategies.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
