The Software Engineer Lead Consultant architects and designs their digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems. They apply a systematic application of scientific and technological knowledge, methods, and experience to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software. They own and manage running their application in production, and ultimately becomes accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs.Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior TIBCO Administrator with strong production support, troubleshooting, and team lead experience to own and support mission-critical integration platforms built on TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, and Java.
The role requires deep hands-on expertise, incident leadership, and mentoring of L1/L2 teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for TIBCO Admin, Hawk, RV, BW, EMS, and related middleware platformsTeam Management experience.Lead resolution of P1/P2 production incidents and conduct detailed RCAInstallation, Administration, and support of TIBCO BW (5.x), EMS, Admin / RV/ HawkPerform JVM, performance, and capacity tuning (FlowLimit, MaxJobs, heap, GC)Troubleshoot complex issues involving messaging, transactions, threading, and memoryLead incident bridges, ensure clear communication, and drive closureMentor and guide L1/L2 support teams, review escalations and RCA qualityDefine and improve operational processes, runbooks, and monitoringCoordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor (TIBCO) teamsMonitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana)Core Java Experience will be added advantage

8+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration / Production SupportStrong hands-on expertise in: TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / BW 6.x)TIBCO EMSTIBCO Admin / RV / HawkStrong Java & JVM fundamentalsThread dumps (jstack), heap dumps (jmap), GC analysisExperience with Linux/Unix environmentsProven experience in L3 support and incident managementTeam lead / mentoring experience in 24×7 production environments
