Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for the Risk, Audit, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Public Affairs business lines. These LOBs utilize our technology solutions to support all team members and all business lines across Wells Fargo. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.

This role supports workstreams across Public Affairs Technology. Public Affairs Technology provides technology to the Public Affairs division of Wells Fargo, which is responsible for Communications, Brand Management, Corporate Video Services, Enterprise Meetings & Events, Sustainability, Social Media Management, Government Relations, Philanthropy, and Community Relations.

We are seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant who enjoys and thrives on solving complex problems through innovation impacting change at scale in a diverse environment. Our mission is to deliver stable, secure, scalable, and innovative services at speeds that delight and satisfy our customers and unleash the skills potential of our employees.    Responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for companywide & business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure. Job will focus on developing data and/or system requirements, and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teamsAct as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiativesEvaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiativesDefine and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirementsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutionsLead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverablesCollaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problemsEnsure communication and information flow between business and technology teams


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education5+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners4+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components4+ years of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders3+ years of Agile experience3+ years of change management experience

Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in cross-functional and matrixed environmentExperience working in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)Experience with Jira and ServiceNowWorking knowledge of Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, and ExcelExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience utilizing strategic thinking and planning and leveraging critical thinking to drive change that enable efficiencies and drives growth.A BS/BA degree or higherAbility to interact with all levels of an organization from developers to CIOsAbility to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$106,300.00 - $188,900.00
