**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to join our Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking Technology organization. This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, developing executive-level presentation materials, and performing deep data analysis to support decision-making and transformation efforts across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution Support**
+ Partner with senior leaders to develop and articulate infrastructure and production support strategies.
+ Create high-impact executive presentations, roadmaps, and communication materials to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
+ Translate complex technical and operational concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives for executive audiences.
+ **Data Analysis & Insights**
+ Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across infrastructure and production support domains.
+ Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress against strategic goals.
+ Leverage data to support business cases, investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and risk to gather insights and align on strategic priorities.
+ Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and execution.
+ **Process Optimization & Governance**
+ Support the development and implementation of governance frameworks, operating models, and process improvements.
+ Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 5+ years of experience strategy consulting.
+ 3+years of experience creating executive-level presentations and strategic communication materials.
+ 3+ years of experience working in financial services
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
+ Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or Lean methodologies.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
+ Experience in production support, infrastructure strategy, or transformation programs is highly desirable
+ Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or financial services.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
