**Job Title: Lead Water Restoration Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Water Restoration Technician to oversee water mitigation projects from initiation to completion. This pivotal role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage water mitigation projects from start to finish. + Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support. + Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. + Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project execution. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years in water damage restoration with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. + IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification. + Proficient in using restoration equipment such as moisture meters and dehumidifiers. + Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred. + Experience in blueprint reading, installation, drywall, construction, and waterproofing. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. **Work Environment** The role involves oversight of restoration projects, requiring physical labor in various environments.
