**Job Description:** + Pravidelné využití nástrojů štíhlé výroby, jako je denní správa a Kaizen (5S, Standardní práce, Kanban, atd.) + Udržování vysokého standardu kvality a dodržování předpisů v oblastech při praktikování GMP(Goodmanufacturingpractices). + Vedení a aktualizace denního reportu. + Zodpovědnost za dostupnost zařízení a provozuschopnost. + Zodpovědnost za nastavení parametrů stroje pro uvedení do provozu + Udržování všech forem a strojů v čistotě podle instrukcí, min. 1x za směnu. + Neustálé monitorování procesů za účelem identifikace a implementace zlepšení procesů na každém stroji. + Konfiguruje software a komunikační zařízení a periferní zařízení pro provoz. + Školí personál ve správném používání zařízení. + Dodržuje a dohlíží nad dodržováním bezpečnostních protokolů na pracovišti. + Vyhodnocuje, odstraňuje problémy, rozebírá, sestavuje, opravuje a kontroluje zařízení, aby byla zajištěna jejich správná funkce. **Job Requirements:** + Schopnost rychle se učit a konat v rychle se měnícím prostředí. + Silné analytické dovednosti. + Vysoký etický standard s důrazem pro detail. + Týmový hráč s flexibilitou, aby pomohl tam, kde je to potřeba. + Schopnost upřednostňovat úkoly v reálném čase a schopnost správného úsudku v prostředí s vysokým tempem a vysokým pracovním nasazením. + Dobré komunikační dovednosti, písemné i ústní. + Schopnost vedení lidí, dohled a řízení projektových týmů + Řízení více různých úkolů současně. + Lidský a profesionální přístup při řešení problémů. **Operating Company:** Ormco Ormco is a global leader and innovator of high-quality orthodontic products and solutions, including brackets and wires.
