CACI is seeking a cleared Lead Technician to interface with a wide array of disciplines in project management, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and integration. The role will include a significant amount of direct interface with the Project Managers and Engineers to manufacture and integrate solutions for complex mechanical systems at Lexington Park, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Plan, direct and coordinate the mechanical and integration manufacturing operations for multiple projects
Manage daily operations and plan the use of materials and human resources for multiple projects
Directly support emergent customer needs for rapid solutions development and integration
More About the Role:
This position will report to Project Manager.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active DoD Secret clearance
Associates Degree in a technical or business field AND 4 years of production and integration related work experience (OR) High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 6 years of production and integration related work experience
Work Experience specifically in Cable fabrication, Electronics integration and Complex C5ISR system integration
Travel up to 40%
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with estimating and bid preparation
Experience leading teams for complex fabrication and integration projects
Familiarity with US Government contracting. If not already completed, actively enrolled in an accredited Technical or Business-related Degree Program.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
