Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

About the Role:Maintenance & Repairs: Assist with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems like HVAC, plumbing, machinery, and kitchen equipment.Installation & Upkeep: Help install and modify equipment; clean, lubricate, and service mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.General Building Care: Perform tasks like painting, carpentry, ceiling tile replacement, snow removal, and maintaining fire safety systems.Safety & Inspections: Respond to emergencies, inspect for hazards, follow safety codes, and complete required safety training.


About You:  

Completed High School or Vocational course.At least 3-5yrs of facility-related experience.Good communication skills (oral and written).May be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or stand-by on-call duties.
