Job Description
The Lead Technician will be responsible for painting, drywall repair and patching, as well as light carpentry. The technician will focus on fixing up customer units before they are leased out, which includes repairs such as replacing lightbulbs, locks, and other appliances, patching holes in walls, and painting. Additionally, the role involves janitorial duties such as taking out the garbage and general facility upkeep.

Work Environment
The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotational on-call duties. You will be part of a team consisting of 3-5 other technicians.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Latham, New York
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
