A Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC) is responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

\nWhat will I be doing?

\nAs a Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC), you are responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC) will also be required to prioritise and carry out maintenance repair work. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\nAssist in the daily supervision of maintenance team
\nAssist in the implementation of all company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws
\nLiaise with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
\nRespond to all enquiries promptly
\nCarry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs
\nMaintain the green areas and car parks when applicable
\nFollow planned preventative maintenance programmes
\nEnsure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
\nEnsure energy conservation initiatives are implemented
\nAssist in the training and development of the maintenance team
\n-Able to lead technicians and complete task to produce results

\nPrevious maintenance experience including, mechanical, electrical, plumbing or painting and decorating
\nRelevant qualifications for the role

\n-Preferably licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with technical and problem solving skills.
