ADP is hiring a Lead Technical Project Manager.
Do you thrive in a results-driven and dynamic atmosphere where customer satisfaction, achievement, collaboration, and technical agility are recognized and highly valued? Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference by using your communication, problem- solving, and technical project management skills to drive results for our internal business stakeholders? Are you looking for an inclusive environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?
Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?
In this role, you’ll lead projects across Global Procurement — primarily focused on the adoption, optimization, and transformation of its systems supporting ADP’s global geographical footprint. You’ll collaborate closely with system subject matter experts, enterprise technology teams, sourcing/contracting leaders and other cross-functional support functions in Finance and Human Resources and use specific templates and techniques through the project life cycle to ensure Global Procurement’s goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to lead high-impact and agile projects. Still, every day will be different because the teams you work with and systems you support along with regions in scope will vary per Global Procurement objectives.
To thrive in this role, you have a way with project team members that builds rapport, establishes trust, communicates technical information in a digestible manner, and shines with professionalism. You will manage the project team and all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. When your work is done successfully, your KPIs will be met or exceeded, and your project team sentiment will make you proud. We'll also have a healthy dose of fun along the way. Not only can you find a career here but friendships that last in a company that values inclusion.
