Lead Technical Program Manager

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, Employee Platforms team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Job responsibilities

Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and adapting Agile ways of thinking. Lead projects using Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in driving results and ongoing success. Facilitates cross team planning and Scaled Agile Events. Remove impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes. Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events. Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team. Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationUnderstanding of major agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum @ Scale, and JIRA tooling and JQLs).Coordinates the delivery of releases with the Team Agility Leads and Product Owners. Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels. Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
