As a Technical Program Manager in JP Morgan Chase within the Data Solutions group of Engineering & Architecture Team which is aligned to Corporate Technology, you will drive the organization and execution of data strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with Engineering & Architecture (E&A) and Corporate Technology (CT) stakeholders. You will represent the group across a wide range of data forums within CT and Global Technology (GT), enabling engineering teams to focus on delivery and execution. You will also serve as the primary interface with the PGEM team on Pulse strategy as 2026 unfolds, playing a critical role in advancing our data agenda.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.7+ years of middle/senior experience in technical program management, leading complex technology programs in large, matrixed organizations.Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience representing teams in cross-functional forums.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in issue resolution, and process improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience working with engineering, architecture, and data teams.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
