Job Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including agile and waterfall methodologies, and the ability to apply them effectively in project management.Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, to support cloud-based project initiatives.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and assimilate technical information such as designs, architecture, as well as the Business Logic/Client Journey into your understanding and planning of the Program/Project.Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and priorities, demonstrating resilience and flexibility in the face of challenges.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, enabling seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms, to track progress and manage project deliverables.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
