Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Systems Support: Oversee business and technical processes for Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems to support both internal and external users.Internal Process Design and Implementation: Define, design, and implement processes and process improvement within the technical organization.Compliance Support: Support audit and compliance reviews; conduct process and quality reviews and audits.Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses. Identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and maintain detailed business and technical requirements and/or user stories.Stakeholder Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding, alignment of project goals, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Validation, Verification, and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and participate in testing and UAT activities to ensure requirements/user stories are accurately implemented and final deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.Project Planning and Continuous Improvement: Assist in project planning activities, such as creating timelines and resource allocation plans, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve requirements management/user stories processes and tools.

Job Contribution: Experienced in managing business and technical operations for Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems, ensuring seamless support for internal and external users. Skilled in designing and implementing internal processes, supporting compliance audits, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and performance reporting. Adept at gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring quality through validation and testing. Proven ability to contribute to project planning and enhance operational efficiency through strategic process enhancements. Supply Chain experience is preferred and very helpful.

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Business.5+ years of related experience.Certification is required in some areas.Compensation
