**Job Description:**
The Consumer department at AT&T TLV is currently focused on AT&T's mobile app, enabling over 16M monthly active users to control all aspects of their account with AT&T (Internet and Mobile services). We are looking for an experienced Product Team Lead to join our Product team.

**Product Leadership:**
+ Provide product leadership to a team of Product Managers, defining and driving the vision for a set of products
**Partnership:**
+ Work with partners, customers, stakeholders, and colleagues in a transparent and collaborative manner to maximize efficiency and cultivate a sense of one team
**Product Mentoring:**
+ Mentor, assist, and build a team of Product Managers, helping define roadmaps, requirements, measurement, and roll-out plans
**Champion User-Centricity:**
+ Combine data insights with user feedback to prioritize features that drive real value for our customers
**Dive Deep:**
+ This is more than just a strategic role! Dive into product details, push teams to ship fast, and maintain an unwavering focus on user impact and adoption
**Requirements**
**Proven Extraordinary Product Impact:**
+ 10+ years of experience in software product development roles
+ 5+ years in a product-management leadership position, managing teams of 6+ Product Managers
+ Experience within global B2C organizations
**Multi-Product Leadership:**
+ Demonstrated ability to lead several products within a single domain simultaneously
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within a US-based organization
**Technical Savviness and Business Acumen:**
+ A good balance of technical expertise and strategic business thinking
+ Ability to dive into technical details while maintaining a broad strategic perspective
**Communication and Presentation Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
+ Capability to convey complex information simply and effectively to diverse audiences
**Data-Driven Decision Making:**
+ Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions
+ Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategies and measure success
+ Experience managing Data Analysts is a significant plus
**Language Proficiency:**
+ Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
+ Native English proficiency is a significant plus
**What You Will Do:**
**Strategic Leadership:**
+ Lead the creation and execution of the native app strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and vision
+ Develop and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products within a single domain
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics, to design and implement impactful product roadmaps
+ Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders at various levels within the organization
**Product Roadmap Development:**
+ Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed product roadmaps to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and business objectives
+ Ensure that roadmaps are flexible to adapt to changing market needs and business priorities
**Performance Analysis and Improvement:**
+ Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement
+ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
**Relationship Management:**
+ Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, customers, and key stakeholders
+ Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues
**Mentorship and Team Development:**
+ Mentor and guide Product Managers (PMs) and Data Analysts, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration and excellence
+ Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members
