What We Offer:

 Pay: $19–$22 per hour (based on experience & education)

 Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

 Age Group: 1 years old – Preschool 

Do you want to make a difference in the life of a child while working in a supportive and collaborative environment? As a Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience, you’ll inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and build strong connections with children and families.

 What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and support co-teachers while modeling best practices.

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children thrive.

Bring learning to life by implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®.

Communicate openly with families, celebrating milestones and achievements.

Partner with staff and leadership to support center goals and community growth.

 Qualifications:

At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1 year preferred).

High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or higher in ECE preferred.

Knowledge of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP).

CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Must meet state-specific requirements.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
