Each student has an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), which outlines goals for skill development and the best strategies by which the student can reach his/her goals. **Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Special Education PA Instructional II Certification, Master’s Degree (attained or in progress) **EXPERIENCE:** 5 years Special Education classroom teaching experience. Strong understanding of Special Education law and best practices. Background in Special Education center-based placements / APSs. Familirity with IEP Writer, familiarity with Danielson framework preferred.
