Who You'll Interact With\n
This role interacts daily with children, parents, management, and teaching staff to support a collaborative and positive learning environment.\n
Minimum Requirements\n\nCDA or Assocaite's Degree required. \nMinimum 1 Year of experience in a licensed childcare setting\nCPR and First Aid certification\nMust meet all state licensing requirements\nStrong organizational and decision-making skills\nAbility to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff\nFlexible and adaptable in challenging situations\nCommitment to professional growth\n\n
Day-to-Day Responsibilities\n\nResponsible for carrying out daily lesson plans\nAssist in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment\nCommunicate professionally with parents, children, and team members\nUtilize technology to document and deliver child progress reports\nExhibit empathy toward children's emotions and parents' needs\nPresent age-appropriate expectations for children\nBe creative, passionate, and engaged in your work\nDemonstrate willingness to grow into a Lead Teacher role\n\n

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 to $20.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.\n
