In this role, you’ll help our teams grow by connecting them with the right people. You’ll take ownership of the full hiring journey — from understanding what the business truly needs, through attracting and selecting great talent, to making sure new joiners feel welcomed from day one. You’ll also support the development of our local Talent Acquisition approach, strengthen our presence on relevant recruitment channels and social media, and represent the company in an authentic and engaging way.

 

Daily, you will work closely with frontline leaders to understand their reality and translate operational needs into clear hiring priorities. You’ll stay in touch with candidates throughout the process, ensuring transparent and friendly communication. You’ll collaborate with agencies and external partners where needed, and continuously gather insights about the labor market in the Czech Republic and across Europe to help us stay competitive and responsive. Your role will be about building trust, keeping momentum in recruitment, and making the experience positive for everyone involved.

 

What you’ll do:

Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers — align on hiring needs, define profiles, and agree on timelines Manage and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth, respectful, and engaging recruitment process Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress, market feedback, and pipeline status Drive a fast and efficient recruitment process while maintaining high quality and candidate care Keep candidates informed about next steps and timelines, ensuring transparency and positive experience Monitor candidate and hiring manager satisfaction and continuously look for ways to improve the process Use market insights to advise managers on salary levels, talent availability, and hiring strategy adjustments
