At least 5+ yrs of application support experience with minimum of 2 year as a technical lead. Strong Banking domain knowledge would be added advantageExpert in Unix/Windows operating systemStrong experience in automation using any of scripting (shell/Perl/Python).Strong knowledge of any of Relational database ( Oracle/My Sql) & SQL queriesFlexible to work in shifts (APAC & UK ) on rotational basisExpertise in ITIL processes (Change, Incident and Problem Management) for Application SupportKnowledge on any of monitoring tools like ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics , SplunkExperience in supporting Apache or Weblogic Server or any similar Application servers.Knowledge of IBM MQ Series, TomcatExperience in job scheduling tools like Autosys, control M, IBM Workload schedulerDemonstrated experience in identifying critical issues and troubleshooting.Responds to operation monitoring events in test and production environmentsEffective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.Should be able to influence various partners and Technology teams for quick restoration and ensure Application availability.Take the lead for the issues and drive them to closure.Essential Qualifications
University degree in CSE or Equivalent.Experience of more than 12 years in providing application support.Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes, unix, scripting, SQL.Strong analytical skills.Fluency in EnglishPosting End Date:
