Lead Systems Administrator (Active TS/SCI Clearance required)
The Lead Systems Administrator performs advanced systems administrator functions for our customer while also serving as contractor Team Lead. Responsibilities Team Lead specific tasks include: Managing a team of up to three additional employees. Conducting performance reporting. Meeting assigned project deadlines. Participating in leadership meetings. Assisting with PM directed initiatives. Senior Administrator specific tasks include: Standard Active Directory Operations. Support Ticket Troubleshooting and Resolution. Creation, maintenance, and enhancement of team processes and documentation. Active Directory Windows Server functional support for GPO. Issue resolution coordination with various technical and managerial stakeholders. Qualifications Current Top-Secret w/ SCI Clearance (as reported in DISS). Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Minimum five (5) years of systems administration with advanced administration privileges. DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification such as CompTIA Security+. In-depth working knowledge of MS Active Directory. Ability to frequently lift, carry, or otherwise move and position computer/network equipment weighing up to 35 lbs. Desired Qualifications: MCSA Server 2016, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate. Bachelor's Degree. Two (2) years supervisory experience. Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft PowerShell in a variety of applications. Experience with the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016. Knowledge of IT service desk requirements and operations. Experience with IT Service Management ticketing software (SCSM, or ServiceNow).
