As a Lead System Engineer you will be steering high‑impact development programs from concept through validation. In this role, you will be shaping technical strategy, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring product excellence. You will be driving innovation, strengthening engineering discipline, and enabling the successful delivery of next‑generation technologies.

As a Lead System Engineer, you will be responsible for

Defining program goals, scope, and requirements with Product Management and cross‑functional teams.Leading engineering execution and serving as the primary technical contact for stakeholders.Driving Product Development Process activities, ensuring documentation and gate reviews are completed.Managing engineering hours, planning tasks, and supporting issue resolution.Conducting feasibility studies, developing conceptual designs, and assessing development risks.Creating technical scope, system requirements, test plans, and quality documentation.Owning system design activities including FMEA, HAZOP, FEA, and technical qualification.Planning and executing verification and validation to meet design and quality standards.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have proven experience in product or program development within power, industrial, or automation sectors.Have experience working in manufacturing and delivering capital equipment projects.Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Proficiency in engineering analysis tools and relevant software.Ability to lead complex development programs in technical environments.Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams.
