Lead System Engineer

Do you have a passion for technology and enjoy turning ideas into real products? As a Lead System Engineer, you will drive the development of advanced control systems for refrigeration and air conditioning.

 

In this role, you will turn requirements and technical designs into control systems that improve product performance, increase energy efficiency, and reduce environmental impact.

 

You’ll work closely with teams across the company, taking ownership of system and product architecture to ensure our solutions are solid, reliable, and ready to meet future needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Lead the development and maintenance of system and define product architecture for optimal performance. Coach colleagues on system architecture and Model-Based Design, fostering innovation and collaboration. Coordinate cybersecurity activities for embedded products, ensuring product integrity. Collaborate with external partners in software and hardware development to drive progress. Manage technical requirements and support product management with expertise. What We're Looking For

 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.  Proven experience in developing control systems and proficiency with Model-Based Design tools like MATLAB/Simulink.  Experience with real-time operating systems and software development tools.  A drive to deliver impactful solutions, with problem-solving and analytical skills.  Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with a collaborative mindset.
