Lead SRE (Site Reliability Engineer)
Position Description:

In 2025, the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) launched a program to transform IT production, focused on improving Quality, Efficiency, and Stability (QUEST). One of the key streams is the introduction of Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices within the Application Production & Support (APS) teams responsible for operating applicative platforms.
The SRE Lead will join the Next Gen Production team, within the CTO Office. This team supports APS units in adopting new tools and modernizing production practices (Automation, Monitoring, Cloud, SRE, DevOps, Agile Production).
Within the IT Production transformation context, the SRE Lead will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team, working in project mode. The role contributes to the implementation of a worldwide SRE model, spreading expertise across multiple international locations. Responsibilities include supporting managers in the recruitment of SREs, curation of training courses, personalized coaching of SREs on the field, knowledge transfer, and evaluation of SRE practice maturity.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Train SREs and their managers on SRE practices
• Coach and support: instill an SRE mindset based on Agile and DevOps approaches, work closely with SREs (1-to-1 meetings) to identify areas for improvement in IT production, support the implementation of solutions, and evaluate maturity progress
• Participate in the recruitment and evaluation of SREs, including administering technical tests and providing feedback to hiring managers
• Co-develop transformation strategies and support plans through workshops, brainstorming sessions, and creation of training content

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Skills
• Knowledge of SRE and IT production processes
• Agile / DevOps mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Scripting: Python, YML, Shell
• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Nagios
• Linux administration
• Network administration (DNS, Firewall, Switch)
• DevOps stack: Git & Git Flow, Artifactory, Jenkins or GitLab CI, Ansible Tower, Digital.ai Release
• Cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Argo CD, Vault, Helm
• Understanding of end-to-end IT organization and processes (development to operations)
• Technical architecture knowledge

Language Skills
• English – Mastery (mandatory)
• French – Practice (nice to have)
