specific shiftmiddot Ensures staff members adhere to SPS policies and standard work while performing their assigned daily tasks In coordination with SPS Technician provides training and competency validation checks for new staffmiddot Maintains a thorough knowledge of instrumentation equipment utilization and sterile processingmiddot Performs a variety of processing duties at an advanced level including decontamination instrument assembly packaging sterilization and case cart assemblymiddot Ensures that all required daily documentation is accurate and complete for efficient distribution of high quality sterile products to effectively meet customer expectationsmiddot Works in collaboration with peri operative services to provide appropriate surgical instrumentationmiddot Leads daily
