About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Specialty Software Engineer to join the FX Risk Management team. As part of this team, the candidate is expected to design, develop, test, document, and analyze specific modules or features of new or upgraded software systems and products, which require knowledge in FX Risk Management area.

Functional understanding of derivates products and risk managementExperience building and deploying cloud-native services, using Operator SDK and Helm charts, ConfigMaps, Secrets etc. and Service MeshWorking knowledge of Cloud Foundry and experience migrating apps from Cloud Foundry to OpenShift/Kubernetes5+ years of experience in building, deploying, and implementing new solutions at scale using Java, .net or equivalent cloud-centric coding practices3+ years of experience with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps concepts, including tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Tekton3+ years of experience with monitoring, logging, observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, AppD, New Relic, Elastic, Open Telemetry)3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure setupsExperience using OpenShift / Kubernetes Container PlatformsExperience in designing, building, and delivering cloud-native, micro-services-oriented solutions at an enterprise scale for large financial services or other large, regulated sectorsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and business audiencesAbility to deliver and engage with partners effectively in a multi-cultural environment by demonstrating co-ownership and accountability in a matrix structureDelivery focus and willingness to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environmentExperienced in implementing risk and control requirements for cloud-native solutions
