**Lead Specialist, GES PSC-Contractor** Shanghai, China **Your Key Responsibilities** + To act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders on the sites/for the categories which he/she supports. Requisition and PO processing include open PO management. + Master date management for PM (purchasing info records and source list), on board new vendors and vendor master data operation in the system. + Coordinating, managing or re-directing all procurement activities for spending less than 500K Euro’s. Drive the saving pipeline on the site(s) and engage with stakeholders to drive implementation and progress of new/alternative products, services and processes. + Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations, supplier selection and contracting process for regional/local spend. Lead contract implementation and potential localization and resolve issues in close alignment with procurement and line manager. Overdue contracts/ contract compliance. + Regular liaison with site stakeholders (communication, cooperation and change management, external communication towards suppliers, representing dsm-firmenich. + Successful deployment and management of procurement projects with proven value on costs, supplier performance, and sustainability goals. Preparing detailed reports by analyzing data from multiple sources.
