**Responsibilities（職務内容）** + ファイナンシャルプログラムを企画開発する。ストライカー製医療機器・インプラント・消耗品等を販売促進するための + プログラム案件の管理、提案説明、契約締結、運用全般を担う。 + FSプログラム促進のための社内システム・運用体制の充実を図る。 + ファイナンス・リーガル・IT・オペレーション等の社内各部門と密に協力する。 + プログラム企画・推進において、リース/金融会社との協業推進。 + 当社営業部門へのプログラムレクチャー/サポートを行う。 **Requirements（求めるスキル・経験等）** Work Experience/Qualifications/Education（経験・資格・学位等） + システムコンサルティング業務経験ある方。医療業界/金融ファイナンシング分野に詳しいと尚良し。 + コミュニケーション力 + 分析力 + Excel/PPT/PBIの高スキル + リーガル／ファイナンス関連の一定の知見　　 English Language Skill （英語力） + 英語力があれば尚よし（必須ではない） Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
