**Driving the successful delivery of Skilling Solutions for Enterprise Customers**
We are establishing a new Enterprise Delivery function that will be accountable for the customer’s entire enterprise delivery portfolio, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view across new enterprise deals, solution deployment, and the ongoing success of active contracts. This role ensures seamless engagement with the customer from contract signing through completion, managing escalations, and driving revenue growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience and creating exceptional value across all Pearson business units.
The **Lead Specialist, Delivery Partner** will govern and manage up to 4 strategic customer accounts, aligning delivery activities with each customer’s evolving learning and skilling goals. By fostering innovation, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships, this function will consistently deliver outstanding value, accelerate success, and strengthen Pearson’s position as a trusted enterprise partner. Their success will be dependent on their collaboration with Enterprise Client Partners (sales), and close working relationships with the customer to cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that will enable growth and expansion of the account. They will also be required to build virtual delivery teams across Pearson, working across organizational lines and collaborating with all aspects of delivery teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Portfolio Leadership:** Own and manage delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring delivery excellence.
+ **Delivery** ** ** **planning** : Contribute to customer solutions and Statements of Works to ensure feasible delivery and maximum value for customers.
+ **Customer** ** ** **Delivery** : Lead all active contracts across the customer’s enterprise portfolio with a comprehensive, 360-degree view of progress, value, and risk. Route escalations to leaders for review and resolution to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ **360** **o** ** ** **Delivery insights** : Turn 360 o customer intelligence and insights from the customer’s active portfolio, into suggestions for new product enhancements, customer sales opportunities and operational efficiencies.
+ **Stakeholder Management** : Forge strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and partners to drive seamless solution delivery and enhance customer success.
+ **Delivery Operations** : Embed mandated governance forums and quality controls as set out by the Delivery Partner team; such as Quarterly Review Boards, Steering Committees and Go/No-Go forums, supported by customer performance metrics.
+ **Contract Compliance** : Ensure all activities adhere to contractual agreements, scope, and specified deliverables; evaluate, document, and gain agreement to all scope changes with commercial impact.
+ **Delivery practice** : Contribute to the Delivery ways of working and processes.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
+ Proven experience in delivery execution and portfolio management, working directly with customer executives and stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated ability to build consensus while providing vision, direction, and strong leadership in high-pressure environments.
+ Exceptional stakeholder management and executive relationship-building skills.
+ Proven track record of delivering $5-15m annual revenue streams.
+ Extensive transformation and change management experience.
+ Proven team leadership of virtual global teams, inspiring and motivating teams to the customer goals, and mentoring team members where required.
+ Advanced commercial acumen and P&L management.
+ Certification such as PMP, Prince2, or similar is preferred.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $110,000 to $120,000.
