Lead Specialist, Commercial Process Re-engineering
**Basic purpose of role/Why the job exists:** This role exists to provide sales administrative support to commercial teams in the context of sales budget management, market research and pricing management to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial perspective. The position holder will work closely with commercial leadership to understand their needs. **Major Responsibilities** + SR budget management:- Planning- Data management/setting: budget and actual performance of SRs- Double count based on BU initiatives-Budget allocation by hospital, product, SRs + Power BI creation for commercial / BU initiatives + Master data management: manual adjustment(Dealer 振替:Case cover fee)/invoicing adjustment(過去実績振替) + Sales report(excl. NSM : NSMデータ ) + Pricing management(LP/RP/SPI/NSR: Workflow process) + Process reengineering: enhancement of Workflow/WOS and DOA etc.(System support/management) + Adhere, without exception, to corporate compliance and ethics policies Direct Reports (if any): n/a PERSON SPECIFICATION Critical Requirements (eg: skills, experience, qualifications): + Advanced level of excel skills(Power Pivot, Power Query) + Advanced reporting skills of Power BI / SQL server + Strong oral and written communication skills in Japanese to effectively build relationships with stakeholders across the business + Advanced digital literacy of data management + Experience of working as part of cross-functional teams + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in cross-organizational environment + Decent business acumen with ability to manage multiple processes with precision, accuracy and sense of urgency + Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment Desirable Requirements (eg: skills, experience, qualifications): _Experience_ + Sales and marketing experience in multi-national company _Qualifications:_ + Bachelor’s Degree preferred + Business level English communication skills Other requirements (eg: travel, on-call responsibilities): n/a Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
