Kforce is working with a client in search of a Lead Solutions Engineer to join their team in Addison, TX. Summary: We are seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to spearhead the technical design and delivery of end-to-end systems within a regulated software environment. This is a newly created role within our Biomass and Software organization, offering the opportunity to shape a high-impact project from the ground up. Duties Include: * Lead the technical design and integration of sequencing-based diagnostics platforms, with a focus on genetics, oncology, and screening * Guide a cross-functional team through the development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards * Facilitate project execution, remove blockers, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders * Own the bioinformatics strategy and system architecture, driving continuous improvement and documentation * Collaborate with international partners and coordinate offshore contractors
