**Education and Experience** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. + 8+ years of progressive experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and data analytics roles, with at least 3+ years in a lead or architectural capacity. + Demonstrated experience integrating complex data from Oracle ERP, CRM systems, and bespoke applications into the Microsoft BI stack is a strong advantage. + Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise BI systems using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, DAX) and Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, SQL Server) + Strong proficiency in data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas). + Experience with enterprise BI governance, dataset certifications, naming conventions, and lifecycle management. + Experience in data security, including row-level security, workspace roles, and deployment pipelines in Power BI. + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Power BI and Azure data pipelines is an asset. _This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice._ **Pay Transparency:** In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required.
