Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive payment solution requirements by engaging with payments product owners, business operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex product and operations requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging payments business domain and technical knowledge to build strategic payment systemsDefine system capabilities (the ‘What’) based on scope and elaboration with Product and Operations PartnersConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategyContinuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or business analysis in payments technologyDemonstrated proficiency in payments technology platforms, including hands-on experience with major clearing market infrastructuresAdvanced knowledge of ISO 20022 and SWIFT messaging, with experience in developing and interpreting data modelsStrong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiencesSQL Skills to query and analyze business data related to payments domainAdvanced knowledge of payment rails in the United States, and other regionsStrong collaboration and relationship management skills to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders to gain buy-in and drive progressWorking knowledge of data dictionaries/controlled vocabularies, Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, challenging environment and work independentlyExcellent analytical & problem solving skills
