Job Title: Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITAM &ITOM) and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions. As a ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, SPM, HRSD.Integrate third party Software Assets Data with ServiceNow SAM application.Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform for ITAM applicationsProvide technical guidance to junior developersProactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support ticketsMaintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow featuresDocument processes or Technical Design DocumentsWork closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions

Qualifications:

7-8 years’ experience in software development in ServiceNowHands-on experience working on ITAM (Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management), ITOM, ITSM.Demonstrated ability to advise customers on the proper use of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and its implications across other ServiceNow products, to include ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM product suitesPossess advanced ServiceNow Technical skillsWorked on Integrating ServiceNow with other tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication skills and interpersonal skillsCertifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in SAM

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
