Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience7+ years of professional software engineering experience3+ years in technical leadership or architect role3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying solutions in public cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).2+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML implementation and production deploymentExperience with legacy application modernization and migration projectsHands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, PaLM)Production implementation of RAG architecturesExperience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AI agent orchestration frameworksExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Vertex AI Vector Search)Prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniquesExperience with Vertex AI platform on Google Cloud Platform or Bedrock platform on AWSProficiency in Python (AI/ML development), .NET (enterprise services), and SQL (database design)Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar)Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineersExcellent communication skills—proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomesPreferred Qualifications
