Job Responsibilities:
Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build and optimize technology products.Develop secure, high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and adoption of new technologies.Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/LLM/GenAI solutions to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain automated pipelines for model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with applied experience.Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Professional experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot) and JavaScript (React), with experience across the software development life cycle.Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile).Experience with Kubernetes and AWS services (EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3), including containerized application deployment and operational best practices.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.Exposure to cloud technologies.Hands-on experience with Python.
