Lead Software Engineer
Lead Software Engineer - Nike Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Develop, code/configure, test programs, and solve problems in order to meet defined digital product specifications and direction; perform technical development of digital products that meet the consumer needs as defined by product managers and aligns with architectural standards; participate in planning, process development, resource optimization, employee goal setting, coaching, hiring decisions, and performance monitoring; train and mentor staff; review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a small to mid-scale systems; provide leadership to squad and work team; deliver a vision for work requirements for the quarter; design the scope of sprints within the quarter; and collaborate with the product owner and assist with the management stakeholder expectations and ensuring prompt and complete customer service.
