As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within Commercial & Investment Bank – Kinexys Team, you will have an opportunity to work with a team dedicated to revolutionizing the way we do payments processing. Job responsibilities

Handles client inquiries including ongoing engagements with JPMorgan Chase Kinexys/stakeholdersMonitors applications and infrastructure including troubleshootingManages application deployments and support infrastructure and environmentsResolves complex incidents requiring deep technical expertiseSupports metrics reporting, resiliency, audits and process improvementsAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experienceProgramming skills using PythonHands on practical professional experience as DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)Practical cloud native (AWS or any other) experience in terms of troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues and deploymentsProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)Practical cloud native experience 

Monitoring experience with tools as OpenSearch, Grafana, Hexagate
