Job Description You will • Lead a team of high performing Engineers and SDETs in the design/architecture, build, test, release, and support of engineering solutions in-line with enterprise and industry standards, • Work with a variety of teams across the Technology department to evaluate, estimate, develop and create high impact projects on schedule • Perform solution analysis, translating requirements into technical and non-functional specifications • Implement applications and services using C#, React, GraphQL, and various technical frameworks and data storage solutions • Mentor senior, junior, and mid-level engineers within your team • Write performant, maintainable, and testable code with automated testing • Consult with product owners and end-users to prototype, refine, test, and debug solutions The team is on a release solumn – they are anticipating a plan release and want to make sure the repositories get deployed correctly Jorge either has a lack or organization or Communication and organization skills are key – needs to get responses in teams relatively quickly They need to be getting with QA to see where they are with automation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 7+ years' senior-level experience in.NET Framework/Core, specifically C#; and at least 5 years’ experience with Javascript, preferably React (can be someone who come from C#/Java enterprise backend – don’t need to have as much frontend) • 7+ years' experience in interacting with relational or NoSQL database technologies • Experience in a leadership role • Proficiency with implementing common best practice design patterns and architecture for scalable microservice based backend • Familiar with continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD), ex. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc. • Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, Apache Spark, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus)
