Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

In this role, your responsibilities include:

Supervise, mentor and coach members of the team
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to bring ideas to life, crafting functional and user-friendly features for both the front-end and back-end.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Participate in and help lead design and code reviews.
Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
Build high-quality code with unit test and automation test.
Stay on top of any critical issues and drive to the finish line.
Migrate the existing system to a new tech stack.
Provide level 3 support and perform root cause analysis as required.
Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in web development.

What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.Collaborate with product and design teams to build high-quality, scalable features for our platform.Architect and implement robust solutions for both front-end (Vue.js) and back-end (Java, Spring).Drive technical excellence through code reviews, automated testing, and debugging.Oversee system integrations with partners, payment gateways, and internal Razer services.Lead the migration of existing systems to a new, modern tech stack.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years in software development with 2+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in Java-based e-commerce systems, Spring Framework (Boot, MVC), and microservices architecture.Strong proficiency in modern front-end development using TypeScript, Vue.js (Vue 3), and Node.js.Solid experience with SQL (MSSQL/MySQL), NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB), and AWS services.Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and Git.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
