In return, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven culture backed by industry leadership, meaningful technology, and a strong support network committed to making a lasting impact. **What you will do:** + Provide software engineering expertise to a multidisciplinary team with **T** ransport **R** efrigeration **U** nit (TRU) and diagnostics backgrounds. + Develop applications to detect issues in TRU systems using sensor and performance data. + Support and enhance applications for diagnosing TRU data sets. + Adapt existing applications to evolving software architectures and platforms. + Validate application performance through automation, testing frameworks, and extensive data analysis. + Collaborate with local and remote software teams to develop, integrate, and deploy diagnostic applications. + Mentor junior engineering staff and support knowledge‑sharing across the team. + Interface with internal teams, stake holders and dealer technicians as needed to support product development and issue resolution. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field. + Proven background in real‑world software design and implementation. + Minimum of 8 years of software development experience. + Knowledge in embedded control systems design in HVAC-R, Automotive, or Off-Highway applications. + Strong understanding of embedded control systems, security standards and best practices. + Experience with Agile environments, sprint planning, scrum processes. + Technical problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to collaborate with and communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Strong knowledge of software design principles and development best practices. + Experience integrating software into real‑world applications and systems. + Ability to visualize data and perform engineering‑oriented data analysis. + Knowledge of database design and SQL. + Languages: C#, CSS, HTML, Java Script, Python + Developer Tools & Frameworks: AWS, Azure, Git, Linux, MacOS, Microsoft, Native, .Net, React Native, General Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Expertise in Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage, Azure Logic Apps, and related cloud-native services. + Bonus: Exposure to Firmware, Circuits & Schematics **Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:** $122,700.00 - $174,894.99 **Compensation Type:** Salary **Incentive Eligible:** Yes **Sales Commission Eligible:** No **Disclaimer** : We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
