This position provides leadership in full systems life cycle management (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time and within budget. He/She directs component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements and ensure compliance. This position develops and leads AD project activities and integrations. He/She guides teams to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position researches and supports the integration of emerging technologies. He/She provides knowledge and support for applications’ development, integration, and maintenance. This position leads junior team members with project related activities and tasks. He/She guides and influences department and project teams. This position facilitates collaboration with stakeholders.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to lead the development efforts for Customer Engagement Center (CEC) application which is on Salesforce Service Cloud. CEC is used by over 25,000 users of Customer Service worldwide teams for Phone, Web, Email, Messaging and Chat channels.
**Qualifications:**
+ Expertise with Service Cloud and Service Business Processes (Email to Case, Web to Case, Digital Engagement (Chat, Messaging), Phone to Case, CTI Vendors, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Case Routing, Queues, Public Groups, and User Group Assignments)
+ Lead discussions and negotiations with business representatives about requested functionality
+ Strong experience with Salesforce Governor limits
+ Knowledge of the Best Practices used for development and implementation of the Salesforce applications, ability to lead the development of the end-to-end Salesforce solutions using OOB, Configuration and Customization - Lightning components, APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Formulas
+ Working experience with automation of the business processes using Salesforce automation tools: Lightning flows, Workflows, Assignment Rules, and Alerts
+ Strong experience with building the integrations between Salesforce and Cloud/On-Prem external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oath and Single Sign-On
+ Experience with data updates / data migration using Data Loader and other Salesforce tools
+ Lead/participate in the code reviews and ensure the code achieves appropriate test coverage
+ Strong Analytical skills and ability to debug and resolve issues/defects
+ Ability to author technical solution approach and design documentation
+ Experience working with 3rd Party implementation partners with on/offshore resources
+ Understanding and working experience of the DevOps processes: migrate changes from development to QA to production environment using ANT, Flosum or other industry leading tools
+ Strong knowledge of the Scaled Agile Methodology including program increments, PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other Scaled Agile ceremonies. Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze, and assign user stories to agile development team
+ Experience working with remote teams - the role will require oversight of teams located in different geographical regions
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Salesforce Certification: Admin, Platform Developer 1
+ Strong understanding of the Microsoft productivity suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-Motivated learner
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field - Preferred

+ Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself –Required.
