**Job Summary** This position is accountable for leading change management initiatives within digital transformation programs delivered as contracted services. It plays a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across multiple regions and customer operations. **Responsibilities** Transformation Support + Lead change management efforts for the implementation of digital platforms (e.g. SaaS platforms mobile solutions infrastructure upgrades). + Conduct stakeholder readiness assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Change Adoption Strategy + Identify and engage key stakeholders to drive alignment and ownership. + Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support change initiatives. + Develop operational transition plans to ensure business continuity. Visual Communication and Engagement + Create visually compelling communication materials aligned with customers branding and policy standards. + Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve communication effectiveness. Service Reporting + Prepare and present monthly service review reports including: + Status of ongoing and completed changes. + Stakeholder feedback and lessons learned + Backlog prioritization and planning Required Qualifications + Bachelors degree in organizational development Communications Business Administration or related field. + 7+ years of experience in Change Management with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. + Proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. + Strong stakeholder management and communication planning skills. + Proficiency in visual communication tools (e.g. PowerPoint Canva Adobe Suite). + Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR Prosci) is a plus. + Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred **Certifications Required** ADKAR Prosci Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
